摘要
文章以各类型少年儿童图书馆员及相关群体为研究对象,运用网络调查法、实地调研法和访谈法对我国山东省、浙江省、江苏省、广东省、福建省和上海市共计34家公共图书馆展开调研,通过与调研馆的馆长、少儿服务工作负责人及馆员进行面对面访谈获取访谈数据,并对访谈文本进行编码分析,从少年儿童图书馆员的队伍建设、在职培养和专业教育三方面总结我国少年儿童图书馆员培养现状。
The article takes various types of children's librarians and related groups as research objects,and uses network survey,field survey and interview methods to conduct research on a total of 34 public libraries in Shandong Province,Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province,Guangdong Province,Fujian Province and Shanghai City in China.By conducting face-to-face interviews with the curators,children's service managers and librarians of the research subjects,interview data are obtained.This paper encodes and analyzes the interview texts and summarizes the present situation of cultivating children's librarians in China from three aspects:team building,on-the-job training and professional education.
