摘要
液压缸作为液压系统主要执行元件之一,行业应用对液压缸的性能要求越来越高,液压缸性能测试是保证液压系统正常运行的必要前提。为了满足液压缸性能测试的高要求,开发了基于LabVIEW的结晶器振动伺服液压缸性能测试软件,主要测试频率响应和阶跃响应性能,性能测试利用传感器对位移和压力测试数据进行采集,通过工控机对数据进行整理分析和处理并进行波形显示及数据存储,实现对性能测试的实时测控。通过现场应用,验证了该软件系统测量的精度高、智能化、便于操作,完全满足设计要求。
As one of the main executive components of hydraulic systems,hydraulic cylinders have increasingly high performance requirements for industrial applications.Hydraulic cylinder performance testing is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic systems.In order to meet the high requirements of hydraulic cylinder performance testing,this paper developed a mold vibration servo hydraulic cylinder performance testing software based on LabVIEW,which mainly tests the frequency response and step response performance.The performance testing uses sensors to collect displacement and pressure test data,collates,analyzes,and processes the data through an industrial computer,and performs waveform display and data storage to achieve real-time measurement and control of performance testing.Through field application,it is verified that the measurement accuracy of the software system is high,intelligent,and easy to operate,fully meeting the design requirements.
