基于PIV技术的离心泵内流特性研究

摘要 采用PIV技术对无蜗壳五叶片叶轮进行不同流量下的实验,研究叶轮流道内部涡结构分布随着流量变化的发展趋势及叶轮流道内部局部欧拉扬程的分布特性,获得了流道内部能量分布特性,并对叶轮流道内部流场与局部欧拉扬程分布进行关联分析。结果显示,叶轮内部流场受流量变化影响非常大,随着流量的减小,不同流道内会先后在吸力面和压力面出现涡结构;叶轮内部局部欧拉扬程分布大体趋势基本一致;叶轮流道内部涡结构通过改变叶轮内部绝对液流角,进而影响局部欧拉扬程分布。
