衢州雷氏医学儿科对钱乙学术思想的继承和发展

Inheritance and development of Qian Yi’s academic thought in Quzhou Lei’s medical pediatrics

衢州雷氏医学儿科继承钱乙的学术思想,同时结合衢州当地特色和学派,著书《时病论》,发展了小儿辨治思想,提出以下观点:小儿属嫩阴嫩阳,治疗时注重养阴护阳;重视望诊的同时,强调诊查小儿面色与苗窍,并在此基础上进行四诊合参;古今方剂,化裁运用,同时注重药引的运用和煎药水的选择;小儿时病急性期要兼顾脾胃,慢性调治期重视调治脾胃,做到肺脾同调;用药除轻灵精专外,需要常调小儿心肝;诊治时关注小儿情志,提倡养护应顺应四时等。以上观点不仅丰富了中医儿科的理论内涵,而且依据所发展的理论,在临床实践中取得了良好疗效,值得今后进一步挖掘和推广。

Quzhou Lei’s medical pediatrics inherits Qian Yi’s academic ideas,while combining Quzhou’s lo-cal characteristics and schools of thought,and develops the concept of pediatric differentiation and treatment through works such as“Treatise on Seasonal Diseases”.The following viewpoints are proposed:children belong to tender yin and tender yang,and attention should be paid to nourishing yin and protecting yang,as well as caring for children’s spleen and stomach during treatment.On the basis of valuing observation and examination,emphasis is placed on ex-amining children’s facial complexion,and on this basis,a combination of four diagnostic methods is carried out.Pre-scriptions from ancient and modern times should be applied through chemical methods,while also emphasizing the use of medicinal references and the selection of water for decocting.For the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric spleen and stomach,it is necessary to balance the spleen and stomach during the acute phase,and pay attention to regulating the spleen and stomach during the chronic treatment phase,and achieve lung spleen coordination.In addi-tion to being light,flexible,and specialized in medication,it is necessary to regularly regulate the children’s heart and liver andpay attention to the emotional state of children during diagnosis and treatment.It’s advocated that care should be in accordance with the four seasons.The above viewpoints not only enrich the theoretical connotation of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics,but also achieve good therapeutic effects in clinical practice based on the developed theories,which is worth further exploration and promotion in the future.
