Academic thoughts and clinical experience of LIN Guobin in treating pediatric diseases

林国彬主任中医师临床治疗小儿疾病多年,崇尚根植经典,以《黄帝内经》为思想根基,以《伤寒杂病论》为方法准则,并且博采众长,为己所用,倡用经方、善用膏方,擅用取渊汤治疗鼻渊等;诊治缜密周全,用药考究,细别功效,药性平和,味少量轻;灵活运用内外治法,内治为主,辅以穴位贴敷、外洗法等,用于平喘退热,收效甚佳;善用运气学说,三因制宜,结合小儿体质及当下的气象、物候特点,巧用备化汤等“三因司天方”治疗小儿杂病;重视舌脉,四诊合参,辨证准确。

LIN Guobin has been treating pediatric diseases for many years.He believes in rooting in the clas-sics,taking Huangdi Neijing as the ideological foundation and The Treatise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases as the methodological guideline,as well as adopting the advantages of all for his own use,advocating the use of sutra pre-scriptions,making good use of poultices,and excelling at taking the rhinitis-stopping decoction to treat rhinitis,etc.He has been meticulous in diagnosis and treatment and is careful in the use of medicines,with fine differentiation of efficacy,calmness of the nature of the medicines and small amount.For asthma and fever,he is also flexible in ap-plying both internal and external therapies,with the internal treatment being the main treatment,supplemented by external treatment,acupoints and external cleansing,etc.,with good results.He made good use of the theory of yun-qi,combined with the children’s physique and the current meteorological and physical characteristics,and cleverly used the“three causes of the heavenly formula”such as Beihua Tang to treat children’s diseases.He attached im-portance to the tongue and pulse.The four diagnostic references were often used together by him to accurately identi-fy the type of disease.This article summarizes and analyses his academic thinking and clinical experience for refer-ence.
