新冠病毒感染后机体病毒载量变化及相关影响研究进展

Research progress in the changes of viral load and related influencing factors after 2019-nCov infection

摘要 新型冠状病毒病(coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒, 2019-nCoV)感染引起的传染性疾病。截至2023年9月24日, COVID-19疫情已波及220多个国家和地区, 累计确诊和死亡病例分别超过7.7亿例和660万例, 对全球经济政治生活造成严重冲击和影响。目前, 2019-nCoV仍在不断变异, 具有传播优势的变异株已导致全球出现多次流行高峰。2019-nCoV感染人体后在体内复制, 病毒载量不断变化。通过了解排毒规律, 可辅助疫情防控和疾病诊治。本文从病毒复制和机体免疫清除的角度对感染后2019-nCoV核酸载量变化和相关影响因素的研究进展进行综述。 Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is an infectious disease caused by a novel Coronavirus,2019-nCov.As of December 24th,2022,the COVID-19 pandemic has spread to over 220 countries and regions,with a total of more than 770 million confirmed cases and 6.6 million deaths.The pandemic has had a profound impact on the global economy,political landscapes and daily life.The 2019-nCoV undergoes continues mutation,with variants exhibiting increased transmissibility triggering multiple waves of outbreaks worldwide.Once inside the human body,the 2019-nCoV replicates,and its viral load undergoes continuous fluctuations.The comprehension of virus clearance patterns can help epidemic prevention and control and disease diagnosis and treatment.This paper presents an overview of research advancements in the changes following infection with 2019-nCoV,from the perspectives of viral replication and immune clearance.
