生物制剂在毛发红糠疹治疗中的应用

Application of Biological Agents in the Treatment of Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris

毛发红糠疹(PRP)是一种病因不明的以黄红色鳞屑性斑片及角化性毛囊性丘疹为特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病,在临床上可分为6种类型。治疗上主要以系统应用维A酸类药物及免疫抑制剂等传统治疗为主,长期使用易发生严重不良反应且有时治疗效果欠佳。近年来一些学者使用生物制剂治疗PRP取得一定疗效,尤其是对于一些难治性的PRP患者,本文就生物制剂在PRP临床治疗中的应用作一综述。

Pityriasis rubra pilaris(PRP)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by yellowish red scaly patches and keratosis papules with unknown etiology.It can be divided into six types clinically.The treatment is mainly based on the systematic application of tretinoin drugs,immunosuppressants and other traditional treatments.The long⁃term use is prone to serious adverse reactions and sometimes the treatment effect is not good.In recent years,some scholars used biological agents to treat PRP and achieved certain efficacy,especially for some refractory PRP patients.The application of biological agents in the treatment of PRP were reviewed in this paper.
