纳米材料在系统性红斑狼疮治疗中的应用

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种具有多种临床表现的自身免疫性疾病,其特征是对自身抗原的耐受性破坏、致病性自身抗体的持续产生以及对多个器官和组织的损害。尽管糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂和生物制剂等常用于治疗SLE,但现有药物并不能完全控制病情,并且长期使用可能会导致严重的毒性反应和相关并发症。随着纳米技术的发展,越来越多的纳米材料被用来治疗SLE。纳米材料具有提高SLE治疗药物靶向性、敏感性,降低药物毒副作用,延长药物半衰期,增加患者的依从性等独特优势。本文将总结纳米材料在SLE治疗中的最新进展。 Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease,characterized by a wide range of clinical symptoms,including the destruction of tolerance to autoantigens,ongoing production of harmful autoantibodies and damage to several organs and tissues.Although glucocorticoids,immunosuppressive medications,and biologics are commonly used in the treatment of SLE,these medications do not control the illness completely.And furthermore,long⁃term use of these medications can cause substantial adverse effects.With the development of nanotechnology,more and more nanomaterials are being employed to treat SLE.Nanomaterials have the unique advantages of improving the targeting and sensitivity of SLE therapeutic drugs,reducing the toxic and side effects of drugs,prolonging the half⁃life of drugs,and increasing patient compliance.The most recent studies in the treatment of SLE with nanomaterials will be outlined in this review.
