老旧小区绿化现状及植物应用分析研究

Greening status and plant application of old residential areas

植物在营造景观及改善居住环境方面发挥着重要作用。本研究基于遥感影像及地图POI点位,选取29个建成年代较早的居住小区,调研分析了小区内植物种类、应用频度及生长参数。结果表明,研究区植物资源共38种,隶属22科29属,其中乔木23种,灌木15种,植物应用种类较为单一;落叶乔灌木34种,常绿乔灌木4种。未来应加强老旧小区植物的日常管护,并在种植本土植物的基础上,适当引进优良树种,增加灌木及地被植物种植,提升景观效果及其生态功能,有效改善老旧小区人居环境。

Plants played an important role in creating a landscape and improving the living environment.Researching the current situation of greening and plant application in old residential areas had practical significance in promoting old community renovation and construction.Based on the remote sensing images and residential area POI points,after selecting 29 residential estates built in the early years,plant species,application frequency,and growth parameters had been investigated and analyzed in these communities.The results showed that there are a total of 38 species of plant resources in old residential areas,belonging to 22 families and 29 genera,23 species of trees,and 15 species of shrubs,the types of plants are monotonous.Besides that,there were 34 species of deciduous trees and shrubs,4 species of evergreen trees and shrubs.In the future,the daily management and protection of plants in the old community should be strengthened,and on the basis of planting local plants,excellent tree species should be appropriately introduced to increase the planting of shrubs and ground cover plants,improve the landscape effect and its ecological function,and effectively improve the living environment of the old community.
