CuS@凹凸棒复合材料对盐酸四环素的吸附吸能研究

摘要 以环保、廉价的凹凸棒和硫酸铜为主要原材料,采用共沉淀法制备了CuS@凹凸棒(ATP)复合材料,研究了CuS@ATP复合材料对盐酸四环素(TC-HCl)的吸附行为,考察了溶液的pH值、吸附时间和温度对TC-HCl吸附性能的影响。在298 K,pH=4,120 min CuS@ATP复合材料对TC-HCl可达到平衡,吸附动力学更好的符合准二阶吸附动力学方程,吸附等温线符合Langmuir等温方程,证明了该吸附为单分子层的化学吸附过程,298 K下饱和吸附量为128.37 mg/g。 CuS@Attapulgite(ATP)composites were prepared by coprecipitation method using environmentally friendly and cheap attapulgite and copper sulfate as main raw materials.The adsorption behavior of tetracycline hydrochloride(TC-HCl)by CuS@ATP was studied.The effects of pH value,adsorption time and temperature on the adsorption performance of TC-HCl were investigated.Adsorption of TC-HCl by CuS@ATP composite could reach equilibrium within 120 min at 298 K,pH=4.The adsorption performance was better in line with the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetic equation.The adsorption isotherm was corresponding to Langmuir isotherm equation,which proved that the adsorption was a chemisorption process of monolayer.The saturated adsorption capacity at 298 K was 128.37 mg/g.
