摘要
以水作为致孔剂,加入环氧树脂、固化剂、填料、综合助剂等制备了环氧树脂多孔透水材料。对环氧树脂多孔透水材料的力学性能,透水性能,微观结构的研究结果表明:环氧树脂多孔透水材料的抗压强度与乳化剂无关,而随着后固化温度提高,抗压强度明显增加;乳化剂的种类及用量对环氧多孔透水材料的透水性能有明显的影响,当采用乳化剂A和乳化剂B的混合乳化剂时,环氧多孔透水材料的吸水率达18.97%;通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对环氧多孔透水材料的透水机理进行了初步探索。
Water as pore-forming agent,epoxy resin,curing agent,filler and comprehensive additives were added to the ovens and mixed together to prepare epoxy resin porous permeable material.The study on the mechanical properties,water permeability and microstructure of porous epoxy resin permeable materials revealed that the compressive strength of porous epoxy resin permeable materials increased obviously with the increase of post-curing temperature,while it had nothing to do with the emulsifier.But the type and dosage of emulsifier had obviously influence on the water permeability of epoxy porous permeable material.When adding MF-50 and TW-60 mixed emulsifier,the water absorption rate of epoxy porous permeable material would reach 18.97%.Then the mechanism of water permeability of epoxy porous materials was preliminarily explored by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
