摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷D4、高氢硅油202、六甲基二硅氧烷MM、聚醚L61、二甲基硅油、气相二氧化硅和复合乳化剂(Tween 60-Span 60)为主要原料,在三氟乙酸催化剂和羧甲基纤维素钠增稠剂作用下制得乳液型聚醚共改性硅油消泡剂。研究了各组分对消泡剂性能的影响。结果表明:聚醚共改性硅油相对于硅膏的质量比在1∶3时,HLB值在10~12之间,制备的消泡剂具有良好的消泡性能、抑泡性能、耐热稳定性和离心稳定性。
The emulsion polyether co-modified silicone oil defoaming agent was prepared by using octadecyclotetrasiloxane D4,high hydrogen silicone oil 202,hexamethyldisiloxane MM,polyether L61,dimethyl silicone oil,gaseous silica and composite emulsifier(Tween 60-Span 60)as main raw materials under the action of trifluoroacetic acid catalyst and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose thickening agent.The effect of each component on the properties of antifoaming agent was studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of polyether co-modified silicone oil to silica paste was 1∶3,HLB value was between 10 and 12,and the prepared antifoaming agent had good antifoaming performance,antifoaming performance,heat stability and centrifugal stability.
