碳酸乙烯酯与甲醇酯交换反应合成碳酸二甲酯研究

摘要 对碳酸乙烯酯(EC)和甲醇酯交换反应进行研究,通过间歇法筛选出甲醇钠作为催化剂时反应效果最佳,在此催化剂基础上进行连续精馏反应,对影响连续精馏反应的温度、空速和催化剂用量等进行了工艺条件优化,得到在釜底温度80℃,EC与甲醇摩尔比为1∶13,催化剂用量0.3%,回流比(L/D)为3∶1,空速1.94 h-1,提馏段上部进料时,塔底EC转化率达98.7%,乙二醇(EG)选择性达99.9%,塔顶碳酸二甲酯(DMC)含量达28.2%,DMC选择性达99.9%,反应效果较好,为工业化应用提供基础。 The reaction of carbonate(EC)and methanol exchange was studied,and the screening effect of sodium methanol as catalyst was selected by intermittent method.On the basis of this catalyst,continuous distillation reactions were performed to optimize the temperature,air speed and catalyst dosage which affected the continuous psychological reaction.The temperature at the bottom of the kettle was 80℃,EC and methanol Moore ratio was 1∶13,the amount of catalyst was 0.3%,and the return ratio(L/D)was 3∶1,the airspace speed was 1.94 h-1.Tower bottom EC conversion rate reached 98.7%,ethylene glycol(EG)selectivity reached 99.9%,top tower dimethyl carbonate(DMC)content was 28.2%,and DMC selectivity was 99.9%.The reaction effect was good,which provided a basis for industrial application.
