摘要
某钢铁企业针对1#纯水站纯水制备系统存在的排放废液量大、污染物波动大、工艺落后、运行成本高、设施老化和故障率高等问题,进行大规模改造。改造工程选用“超滤+两级反渗透+混床”工艺。运用水质大数据,通过电导率来表征混床除硅性能,降低再生废液排放量。文章详细介绍了其工艺设计、设备配置及系统运行,运行结果表明,出水达到要求、生产运行稳定、并减少了药耗和降低了劳动强度。
Iron and steel enterprises have carried out large-scale transformation to solve the problems of large amount of waste liquid discharged,large fluctuation of pollutants,backward process,high operation cost,aging facilities and high failure rate in the pure water preparation system of 1#pure water station.The process of“ultrafiltration+two-stage reverse osmosis+mixed bed”was introduced.The water quality big data was used to characterize the silicon removal performance of the mixed bed through conductivity,so as to reduce the emission of regenerated waste water.The process design,equipment configuration and system operation were introduced in detail.The operation results showed that the effluent met the requirements,the production operation was stable,chemical consumption and labor intensity were reduced.
