以壳聚糖缓释微球研发为导向创新药物缓释制剂实践教学研究

摘要 对国内外最新壳聚糖文献进行信息检索,将科研成果应用于药物制剂实践教学,以壳聚糖药物缓释微球研发为导向,依次从药物制剂实践教学的设计思路与内容选取、药物缓释制剂实践教学方法的创新和实践教学的分类评价等角度进行论述五五制实践教学模式在药物缓释制剂实践教学中的应用,经实验比较发现该教学模式改革对学生成绩、学习兴趣、学习习惯及综合能力的提升效果显著,是对传统教学模式的创新和补充。 Information retrieval on the latest chitosan literature at home and abroad was carried out,and scientific research results were applied to the practice teaching of drug preparations.Guided by the research and development of chitosan drug sustained-release microspheres,the application of the five five system practice teaching mode in the practice teaching of drug sustained-release preparations was discussed from the perspectives of the design ideas and content selection of the practice teaching of drug preparations,the innovation of the practice teaching methods of drug sustained-release preparations and the classification evaluation of the practice teaching.Through experimental comparison,it was found that the reform of this teaching mode had a significant effect on improving students performance,learning interest,learning habits and comprehensive ability,and was an innovation and supplement to the traditional teaching mode.
