吸波/防弹复合材料的研发

摘要 采用玻璃纤维布/改性环氧树脂、碳纤维布/环氧树脂以湿法手糊成型工艺制备透波层和反射层,并与吸波浆料浸渍后的芳纶蜂窝芯复合制成电磁屏蔽材料。将电磁屏蔽材料与芳纶防弹板复合制成吸波/防弹一体化材料,该材料可满足GA 141—2010防弹标准要求,在频率2~18 GHz范围的最大反射率可达-25 dB,具有较好的吸波性能。 Wave-permeable skin and reflective panel were prepared by wet hand paste molding process using glass fiber cloth/modified epoxy resin,carbon fiber cloth/epoxy resin,and were combined with aramid honeycomb core impregnated with absorbing slurry to make electromagnetic shielding material.The electromagnetic shielding material and aramid bulletproof panel were combined to make a wave-absorbing/bulletproof integrated material,which could meet the bulletproof requirements of GA 141—2010 standard and has a maximum reflectivity of-25 dB in the frequency range of 2~18 GHz,and has good absorption performance.
