摘要
系统分析了不同纤维类型及掺量对沥青混合料力学及路用性能的影响规律,研究结果表明:随着纤维掺量的增加,玄武岩纤维改性沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、浸水残留稳定度以及冻融劈裂强度均呈逐渐增大变化,而动稳定度、破坏应变则呈先增大后减小变化;聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料仅马歇尔稳定度随着纤维掺量的增加逐渐增大,其他性能指标均随之呈先增大后减小变化;随着纤维掺量的增加,木质素纤维改性沥青混合料的力学及路用性能指标均呈先增大后减小变化。综合各项性能试验结果可知,单掺木质素纤维、聚酯纤维或玄武岩纤维均能一定程度改善沥青混合料的力学强度及路用性能,三种纤维改性沥青混合料中掺入质量分数为0.3%的玄武岩纤维的综合性能最佳。
The effects of different fiber types and dosage on the mechanics and road performance of asphalt mixture were systematically analyzed.The results show that with the increase of fiber content,the Marshall stability,water residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength of basalt fiber modified asphalt mixture increase gradually,while the dynamic stability and failure strain increase first and then decrease.The Marshall stability of polyester fiber modified asphalt mixture increases gradually with the increase of fiber content,while other performance indexes increase first and then decrease.With the increase of fiber content,the mechanical and road performance indexes of lignin fiber modified asphalt mixture increase first and then decrease.According to the results of various performance tests,lignin fiber,polyester fiber or basalt fiber can improve the mechanical strength and road performance of asphalt mixture to a certain extent,and basalt fiber with 0.3%mass fraction in the three fiber modified asphalt mixture has the best comprehensive performance.
