Efficacy Contrast of PWI-MRI Versus CTP for Assessing Cerebral Hemodynamics in Moyamoya Disease Patients

目的探究分析PWI-MRI与CTP评估烟雾病患者脑血流动力学的效果对比。方法选取我院2019年2月-2022年3月收治的烟雾病患者36例(经过DSA或TOF-MRA证实)作为研究对象。通过PWI-MRI与CTP分别评估烟雾病患者脑血流动力学。观察脑血容量(CBV)、脑血流量(CBF)、平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TTP)。结果PWI-MRI与CTP在对患者CBV、CBF、MTT、TTP存在差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PWI-MRI与CTP评估烟雾病患者脑血流动力学均具备诊断价值,临床上根据需求做诊断方式的选择。

Objective To explore the comparative effectiveness of PWI-MRI versus CTP in assessing cerebral hemodynamics in moyamoya disease patients.Methods 36 moyamoya patients(confirmed by DSA or TOF-MRA)admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected as study subjects.Cerebral hemodynamics were assessed by PWI-MRI versus CTP separately in moyamoya disease patients.Cerebral blood volume(CBV),cerebral blood flow(CBF),mean transit time(MTT),time to peak(TTP)were observed.Results the differences between PWI-MRI and CTP in response to CBV,CBF,MTT,and TTP among patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions both PWI-MRI and CTP have diagnostic value for assessing cerebral hemodynamics in moyamoya disease patients,and the choice of diagnostic modalities is made clinically on demand.
