细胞外基质相关蛋白致胸主动脉瘤及夹层的研究进展

摘要 胸主动脉瘤及夹层是常见的主动脉疾病,其发病机制尚不清楚。主动脉壁由血管平滑肌细胞和细胞外基质组成。血管平滑肌细胞耗竭和细胞外基质降解是其病理学特征之一。血管平滑肌细胞的表型变化可以引起细胞外基质沉积、降解。细胞外基质蛋白对维持主动脉结构的完整性至关重要。本文将讨论细胞外基质相关蛋白对胸主动脉瘤及夹层的影响,进一步加深对胸主动脉瘤及夹层发病机制的理解。 Thoracic aortic aneurysms and dissections are common aortic diseases,the pathogenesis of which is unknown.The aortic wall is composed of vascular smooth muscle cells and extracellular matrix.Vascular smooth muscle cell depletion and extracellular matrix degradation are among its pathological features.Phenotypic changes in vascular smooth muscle cells can cause extracellular matrix deposition and degradation.Extracellular matrix proteins are essential for maintaining the structural integrity of the aorta.This article will discuss the impact of extracellular matrix-associated proteins on thoracic aortic aneurysms and dissections,furthering our understanding of the pathogenesis of thoracic aortic aneurysms and dissections.
