摘要
就业指导教学是高职医学教育不可或缺的一部分。通过分析当前高职院校职业发展教育现状,提出将权变理论引入高职医学生职业发展与就业指导教育教学,以权变理论具体应变思想为基础,选取教师的威信、学生学习成熟度和教学内容等要素共同构建一个特色的教学情境,灵活运用教学方法这个变量,有效区分学生四种成熟度水平,根据学生特点以及发展的个性化需求开展就业指导服务,探索出一套基于权变理论的高职医学生的职业发展教育新模式,从而提升整体教学效果。
Career Guidance is an indispensable part of vocational education.This paper propose to apply contingency theory into career development and career guidance education.Teachers'prestige,students'learning maturity,teaching content and other factors are selected to jointly construct a featured teaching scenarios according to specific contingency ideas.Career guidance services are based on what students'characteristics and personalized development needs by flexibly utilizing teaching methods as a variable and effectively distinguishing students'four levels of maturity.This paper explores a new model of career development education for vocational medical students.
