无源接箍仪器在测井中信号非正常偏弱分析

摘要 接箍仪器(CCL仪器)通过测量井中油、套管节箍数量,实现对井下设备深度的判断、校验,以及对油、套管深度的精确测量,同时判断油、套管的损坏位置,以及射孔深度或层段的识别。在现场应用过程中,多次遇到接箍信号偏弱或信噪比差,导致接箍信号与噪声信号难以区分,影响现场作业的准确性和效率。经过车间排查,确认磁钢及线圈均处于良好状态。文章就接箍信号非正常偏弱现象的发生原因进行深入分析。 The Casing Collar Locator(CCL)measures the number of couplings in the oil and casing in the well,so as to realize the judgment and verif ication of the depth of the downhole equipment,as well as the accurate measurement of the depth of the oil and casing.At the same time,it judges the damage position of the oil and casing,and identif ies the perforating depth or interval.In the f ield application process,it has been encountered many times that the coupling signal is weak or the signal-to-noise ratio is poor,which makes it diff icult to distinguish the coupling signal from the noise signal,and affects the accuracy and eff iciency of the f ield operation.After the workshop investigation,it is conf irmed that the magnetic steel and coil are in good condition.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the reasons.
