摘要
某石化企业催化裂解装置稳定塔顶空冷器运行6年后,其湿管束陆续出现泄漏情况。结合垢样化验分析及观察换热管腐蚀形貌,分析泄漏的原因是换热管外表面镀锌层由于腐蚀、冲刷消耗后,导致换热管基材受到氧化及氯离子腐蚀,并提出了相关的解决措施。
After 6 years of operation of the overhead air cooler in a catalytic cracking unit in a petrochemical enterprise,its wet tube bundle has been leaking.Based on scale sample analysis and observation of the corrosion morphology of the heat exchange tube,it is analyzed that the leakage is caused by oxidation and chloride ion corrosion of the base material of the heat exchange tube due to corrosion and erosion of the galvanized layer on the outer surface of the heat exchange tube,and relevant solutions are proposed.
