摘要
广西涠洲终端5万m3大型原油储罐采用岩棉保温,台风期间雨水通过保护层间隙灌入保温层中,对罐体外壁和保温支撑圈形成腐蚀。针对纳米陶瓷隔热保温涂层特性,对其应用于大型原油储罐外表面替代岩棉保温进行研究,通过现场实测,结果表明纳米陶瓷保温涂层的保温效果与岩棉保温效果一致。纳米陶瓷隔热保温涂层应用于大型原油储罐可直接检查罐外壁腐蚀情况,提高储罐运行安全。
The 50000 m^(3)large crude oil storage tank at Weizhou Terminal in Guangxi Province was insulated with rock wool.During typhoons,rain water was poured into the insulation layer through the gap between the protective layers,which corroded the outer wall of the tank and the insulation support ring.According to the characteristics of nano-ceramic thermal insulation coating,the application of nano-ceramic thermal insulation coating to replace rockwool thermal insulation on the outer surface of large crude oil storage tank was studied.The thermal insulation effect of nano-ceramic thermal insulation coating on the surface was consistent with that of rockwool through f ield measurement.The application of nano-ceramic thermal insulation coating in large crude oil storage tanks can directly check the corrosion of the outer wall of the tank and improve the safety of the storage tank operation.
