Analysis and Control of Human Unsafe Behavior in Drilling Site Operation

石油钻井是一类高风险、高投入、高科技的系统工程,其事故发生率与人的不安全行为存在直接联系。因此,深入研究钻井现场作业中人的不安全行为对石油钻井的安全生产具有重要意义。文章根据国内外不安全行为的相关理论,归纳总结出钻井现场作业人员不安全行为的影响因素,并从加强管理等方面提出一系列切实可行的不安全行为管控措施,为保障钻井作业的平稳进行,提高平台的安全管理水平提供参考。

As a high-risk,high-investment,and high-technology system engineering,oil drilling has a direct link between its accident rate and unsafe human behavior.Therefore,it is of great signif icance to conduct thorough research on unsafe human behavior in drilling site operations for the safe production of oil drilling.Based on relevant theories of unsafe behavior at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of unsafe behavior among drilling site operators and proposes a series of practical and feasible unsafe behavior control measures from the perspective of strengthening management.This provides a reference for ensuring the smooth progress of drilling operations and improving the safety management level of the platform.
