地层综合探测技术在隧道铣挖法施工中的应用

摘要 隧道悬臂掘进机铣挖法是低扰低振限制环境条件下石质隧道暗挖首选方案,围岩地层条件是悬臂掘进机选型以及确定施工工艺的决定性因素,常规钻芯取样地勘工作不能满足铣挖法掘进施工地层适应性分析判断需要。在钻芯勘探的基础上应用地震勘察折射波法+高密度电法+超声波测井法等地层综合探测技术,结合工程实例介绍了测线布置、探测解译过程,实现了对隧道穿越地层围岩的物理力学性质、围岩级别、围岩完整性及岩体节理裂隙发育程度等的精细化探测,保证了隧道铣挖法施工的顺利进行。 The milling excavation method using a cantilever tunnel boring machine is the preferred technique for underground excavation in stone tunnel under condition of low disturbance and strict vibration limits.The condition of the surrounding rock formations is the decisive factor in selecting a cantilever tunnel boring machine and determining the construction technology.Conventional core drilling sampling for geological exploration is inadequate for analyzing formation adaptability regarding milling excavation method.Based on core drilling exploration,various comprehensive strata detection techniques such as seismic refraction wave method,high-density electrical method,and ultrasonic wave logging method are applied.In accordance with engineering example,the layout of survey lines and the process of detection and interpretation are introduced.Detailed detection of the physical and mechanical properties,surrounding rock grade,surrounding rock integrity and rock mass joint fracture development degree of the surrounding rock of the tunnel through the stratum is achieved,ensuring the successful completion of the tunnel milling excavation construction.
