自立式舞台栅顶结构设计与施工

Structural Design and Construction of Self-standing Stage Gridiron

栅顶是舞台上方为安装及检修舞台机械设备而设置的专用工作层,通常采用吊杆与屋架下弦相连,悬挂于屋盖下方。对老旧剧场、礼堂进行翻新改造时,由于舞台上方灯光、幕布及相关设备的升级,栅顶所受的荷载大幅增加,可能出现原有栅顶及屋架承载力不足的情况。因此,新增的荷载无法直接由原有栅顶及屋架承担。当对原有栅顶及屋架进行加固或更换存在较大困难时,可以采用在舞台上方增设自立式的栅顶结构以承担新增的设备及检修荷载。文章以河海会堂的翻新改造项目为背景,考虑既有结构布置及建筑使用要求的限制,提出了在既有剧场内增设自立式舞台栅顶的结构设计方案,并给出了在大型施工设备无法入场的情况下,对自立式舞台栅顶进行结构施工的方法。

Stage gridiron is a workspace layer above the stage where suspension equipments are installed and maintained.It is normally connected to the bottom chord of roof truss by hanger rods,hanging underneath the roof.When renovating old theatres and auditoriums,the original stage grids and roof truss may not have sufficient bearing capacity due to increase of equipment loads.Therefore,the new equipments can not be placed or hung on the original stage gridiron and roof truss directly.Considering that there can be great difficulty to reinforce or replace the original stage gridiron and roof truss,an alternative solution is to build a self-standing stage gridiron above the stage which can bear the increased equipment loads.Based on the renovation project of Hohai Auditorium,this paper proposes the structural design scheme of self-standing stage gridiron in old theatres considering limitations on the existing structural layout and functional requirements of theatre buildings,and presents the construction method of self-standing stage gridiron in old theatres when large construction equipments cannot get in.
