地铁车辆基地全框支剪力墙结构层间位移角限值讨论

摘要 车辆基地全框支剪力墙结构是新型的结构形式,在工程实践中有对底部框架侧向刚度控制得过于严格的现象,相关设计标准中要求底部框架层间位移角不宜大于1/2 000。讨论了控制上部剪力墙结构层间位移角的依据、目的和计算中存在的问题,比较了底盘平面大小对底部框架层间位移角的影响。建议车辆基地全框支剪力墙结构上部剪力墙的层间位移角限值按广东省标准《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(DBJ/T 15-92—2021)取为多遇地震作用下1/450;在保证上部剪力墙先于底部框支框架屈服的前提下,大幅度放松底部框架层间位移角限值及非两区八类建筑全框支剪力墙减隔震结构层间位移角限值,也取为多遇地震作用下1/450。实现合理的屈服机制尤为重要。 Complete frame-supported shear wall structure on vehicle base is a new form of structure,the value of lateral stiffness at bottom frame is strictly controlled in practical projects,and story drift is supposed to be less than 1/2000 required by relevant design criterion.After the discussion on the foundation,purpose and problem in calculation of controlling story drift at upper shear wall structure and the comparison of large chassis effect on story drift,it suggests that the story drift limits in Guangdong Province Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings(DBJ/T 15-92—2021)should be adopted for upper shear wall structure,which is less than 1/450 under frequent earthquakes.The story drift limits of bottom frame and complete frame-supported shear wall damping or isolating structure of non-eight types buildings in two zones should be loosened substantially to 1/450,assuming upper shear wall structure yields before bottom frame does.It’s more important to fulfill the reasonable yield mechanism.
