摘要
现浇钢筋混凝土结构在我国的超高层建筑中大量应用。混凝土开裂是目前许多现浇混凝土结构中较易发生的质量问题。混凝土开裂不仅影响美观,也易引起内部钢筋锈蚀,降低结构的耐久性,甚至会影响结构安全。本文基于某新建超高层建筑中混凝土梁普遍开裂的实例,通过现场调查、检测,以及对设计和施工资料的分析,分析混凝土梁的开裂原因,并结合现场实际情况提出相应的处理意见,以期对类似的工程质量问题的检测、鉴定和处理提供参考。
Cast-in-situ concrete structures are widely used in super-tall buildings in China.Concrete cracking is the most common quality problem in this kind of structures.Concrete cracks not only affect the appearance of the building,but also easily cause the corrosion of internal steel bars,reduce the durability of the structure,and even threaten the structural safety.Based on an example of a newly-built super-tall building where concrete beams are commonly cracked,the paper investigates the causes of concrete cracking through on-site inspection,testing,and analysis of design and construction data,and the corresponding treatment suggestions are also proposed based on the actual situation on the spot,aiming to provide reference for the inspection,identification and treatment of similar engineering problems.
