空气净化器螺旋出风口注射模设计

摘要 针对空气净化器螺旋形出风口塑件,介绍了一种在模具顶出的同时,型芯能够自动同步旋转脱模的模具结构。该结构的使用,解决了常规螺旋型出风口塑件因动、定模插穿分型而形成的较大段差问题,提高了螺旋出风口塑胶风道的表面质量,从而有效降低了整机的噪音问题。同时也简化了模具结构,降低了模具的开发制造费用,为类似塑胶产品的模具设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。 This article introduces a mold structure for the spiral shaped air outlet plastic parts of air purifiers,which can automatically rotate and demold the core while the mold is ejected.The use of this structure solves the problem of large section differences caused by the insertion and parting of the front and rear molds in the conventional spiral shaped air outlet plastic parts,improves the surface quality of the plastic air duct,and effectively reduces the noise problem of the entire machine.At the same time,it also simplifies the mold structure,reduces the development and production costs of the mold,and provides a new idea and method for the mold design of similar plastic products.
