复杂抽芯机构注射模设计

摘要 分析了一款用于畜牧业自动设备上的塑胶产品,该塑件是复杂筒状式结构,四面都有倒扣结构,通过抽芯距离和抽芯机构所需的力学分析,模具设计采用了液压油缸抽芯、斜导柱滑块抽芯、斜顶抽芯3种抽芯机构来实现顺利脱模。该模具采用大水口模具,进胶方式是单点热流道直接进胶,模具动、定模及其滑块镶件均匀分布着冷却水路,使模具在注射成型过程达到均匀冷却效果。本案采用通过采用最佳的注射成型参数和热流道进胶系统,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率。 An analysis of a plastic product used in animal husbandry automatic equipment,the product is a complex cylindrical structure,four sides have inverted structure,through thecore pulling distance and the core-pulling mechanism required by the mechanical analysis,the mold design uses the hydraulic cylinder core-pulling,sliding block core-pulling two kinds of core-pulling mechanism to achieve smooth demoulding.The mold adopts a large water mouth mold,the feeding mode is a single point hot runner directly into the glue,the mold moving,fixed mold and its slide insert evenly distributed cooling water,so that the mold in the injection process to achieve cooling effect.This case adopts the best injection molding parameters and hot runner into the rubber system,shorten the production cycle,the enterprise also improves the production efficiency.
