手机镜头马达整盘夹具加工教学设计与实践

摘要 选取手机镜头马达夹具作为载体,完成了手机镜头马达夹具的三维建模,确定了基于UG NX软件的加工策略,生成加工轨迹,并解决手机镜头马达夹具的加工难点。经过仿真加工后,后置处理程序准确无误,可以在机床上实际加工。经过数控加工工艺参数优化,该加工工艺方案清晰合理,通过在精雕机床完成手机镜头马达夹具五面加工,加工结果满足使用要求。 The cell phone lens motor fixture is selected as the carrier,the three-dimensional modeling of the cell phone lens motor fixture is completed,the machining strategy based on UG NX software is determined,the machining trajectory is generated and the machining difficulties of the cell phone lens motor fixture are solved.After simulation processing,the post-processing program is accurate and can be actually processed on the machine tool.After the optimization of CNC machining process parameters,the machining process program is clear and reasonable,and the machining results meet the use requirements by completing the five-face machining of the cell phone lens motor fixture in the precision engraving machine tool.
