基于工程实践的数控加工技术课程改革与实践

摘要 为了满足社会对高素质、高技能数控加工技术人才的需求,对基于工程实践的数控加工技术课程改革与实践进行了深入研究。首先分析了当前数控加工技术课程教学中存在的问题,并根据发现的问题提出了一系列改革措施,包括:优化课程设置;改革教学方法;加强师资队伍建设;完善实训条件等。在课程改革实践中,希望加强校企合作,在实训中引入企业真实项目,让学生在实际项目中锻炼自己的能力,提高就业竞争力。 In order to meet the demand of society for high-quality and highly skilled CNC ma⁃chining technology talents,this article conducts in-depth research on the reform and practice of CNC machining technology courses based on engineering practice.Firstly,we analyzed the existing problems in the teaching of CNC machining technology courses and proposed a series of reform measures based on the identified problems,including::optimizing course settings;Reform teaching methods;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff;Improve practical training conditions,etc.In the practice of curriculum reform,we hope to strengthen school enterprise cooperation,intro⁃duce real enterprise projects in practical training,so that students can exercise their abilities in practical projects and improve their employment competitiveness.
