摘要
旨在探究旋转机械故障诊断系统的设计与应用,针对工业中常见的旋转机械故障问题进行研究。分析了旋转机械故障的特点、常见类型。通过实际案例的应用,介绍了振动分析技术在水泵叶片和航空发动机等旋转机械中的应用案例。本研究的成果对工业生产中旋转机械的维护和故障预防具有重要意义。
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the design and application of rotating ma⁃chinery fault diagnosis system for common rotating machinery fault problems in industry.The ar⁃ticle analyzes the characteristics and common types of rotating machinery failures.Through the application of practical cases,the application cases of vibration analysis technology in rotating machinery such as water pump blades and aero-engine are introduced.The results of this study are of great significance for the maintenance and failure prevention of rotating machinery in indus⁃trial production.
