智能制造环境下的机械自动化生产线优化与自适应控制系统设计

摘要 基于智能制造环境,研究了机械自动化生产线的优化与自适应控制系统设计。通过引入先进的智能化技术,同时采用自适应控制系统,实现了对生产线动态变化的实时感知与响应,确保系统在不同工况下的稳定性和适应性。研究结果表明,所提出的机械自动化生产线优化与自适应控制系统设计在提高生产效率、降低能耗方面具有显著的优势,为智能制造领域的进一步发展提供了有力支持。 Based on intelligent manufacturing environment,this paper studies the optimization and adaptive control system design of mechanical automatic production line.Through the introduc⁃tion of advanced intelligent technology,at the same time,the adaptive control system is adopted to realize the real-time perception and response to the dynamic changes of the production line,to en⁃sure the stability and adaptability of the system under different working conditions.The research results show that the proposed mechanical automatic production line optimization and adaptive control system design have significant advantages in improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption,and provide strong support for the further development of intelligent manufac⁃turing field.
