The process of aircraft engine assembly is a complex process of assembling multiple components.In this process,there are problems such as poor part accuracy,large size errors,and high installation difficulty.These issues not only affect the quality and efficiency of the entire as⁃sembly,but also have a certain negative impact on aircraft performance.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of the basic theory of aviation engine assembly,analyzes its assembly difficulties,and proposes some quality control measures for the assembly process,effectively im⁃proving the quality level of the entire aviation engine assembly.
