摘要
结合某典型“多品种、小批量”柔性生产型企业在新工厂建设过程中的智能仓储与物流系统规划与实施的案例,从需求分析、方案规划、系统设计、设备及信息化系统选型、全面实施部署的全过程,对方案进行深入研究和过程的全面剖析,总结相关经验,并结合案例的实施效果,提出同类型企业仓储与物流的智能化、自动化和信息化转型、升级改造的高投入产出比的解决方案和项目实施方法。
Combined with the case of the planning and implementation of the intelligent ware⁃housing and logistics system of a typical"multi-variety,small-batch"flexible production enter⁃prise in the process of new factory construction,conducts in-depth research and comprehensive analysis of the process from the whole process of demand analysis,program planning,system de⁃sign,equipment and information system selection,and comprehensive implementation and deploy⁃ment,summarizes relevant experience,and combines the implementation effect of the case to put forward the intelligent,automated and information-based transformation of warehousing and logis⁃tics of the same type of enterprise.Upgraded solutions and project implementation methods with a high input-output ratio.
