The Action Logic of Street Social Work Station Participating in the Construction of Community Elderly Health Service System

积极老龄化视域下,社工站介入社区老年服务应从“供给-需求”转向“结构-行动”,参与社区老年健康服务体系建构。依托吉登斯结构化理论,构建社工站参与社区老年健康服务体系的行动框架,指出社工站应发挥整合优势,着眼于老年群体在健康老龄化中行动滞后与结构固化,通过“技术-社会”整合,连结流动空间与地方空间,构建“区-街道-社区”三维一体的老年健康服务体系。通过整合老年健康资源,活化社工站参与社区健康协同治理机制,为社区老年健康提供社会支持,弥合老年群体的数字鸿沟,进而突破老年健康治理的社会空间隔离,使老年群体在社区健康实践中增进社会信任与社会资本,实现积极的健康老龄化。

In the context of active aging,the perspective of social work stations intervening in community elderly services should shift from“supply-demand”to“structure-action”,and participate in the construction of community elderly health service system.Building an action framework for social work stations to participate in the community elderly health service system based on Giddens's structuration theory,it is pointed out that social work stations should leverage their integration advantages,focusing on the lagging action and structural solidification of the elderly population in the process of healthy aging.Through“technology society”integration,flow space and local space are connected,and a three-dimensional integrated elderly health service system of“district street community”is constructed.By integrating elderly health resources,Activate the participation of social work stations in the collaborative governance mechanism of community health,provide social support for community elderly health,bridge the digital divide among the elderly population,and break through the social spatial isolation of elderly health governance,so as to enhance social trust and social capital in the community health practice of the elderly population,and achieve active healthy aging.
