摘要
为了探究不同高寒草地植被对土壤微生物的影响,本研究采用土壤溶液稀释平板计数法对六种不同草地类中的三大类土壤微生物的数量进行测定,结果表明:在测定的不同类型草地中具金露梅的嵩草、苔草型草地植物根际土壤微生物(真菌、细菌和放线菌)的数量均表现最大。不同类型草地中,随着土层深度增加,细菌、真菌、放线菌数量逐渐下降。不同类型草地土壤,土壤细菌和放线菌数量表现为7月份最大,而土壤真菌在不同类型草地土壤不同时间点数量表现为5月份最大。
To investigate the impact of different alpine grassland vegetation on soil microorganisms,the number of three major types of soil microorganisms in six different grassland types were determined by soil solution dilution plate counting method.The results showed that the number of rhizosphere soil microorganisms(fungi,bacteria,and actinomycetes)in the Carex myosuroides and Carex giraldiana with Dosiphora fruticosa was the highest among different types of grasslands measured.The number of bacteria,fungi,and actinomycetes decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth in different types of grasslands.The number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes was highest in July for different types of grassland soils,while the number of soil fungi was highest in May for different types of grassland soils at different times.
