习近平在全国宣传思想文化工作会议上用“七个着力”明确了党践行新的文化使命的重大要求。“七个着力”有其特定的内在逻辑和深刻内涵。马克思主义世界观和方法论,构成了“七个着力”的理论渊源;中国共产党百年文化建设进程,构成了“七个着力”的历史语境;践行新的文化使命要求,构成了“七个着力”的实践指向。“七个着力”从整体上展现出“谁来领导建设→聚焦什么任务建设→以什么为抓手建设→用什么方法建设”的总体逻辑,既是对党的宣传思想文化工作成就的经验总结,又是确保新征程宣传思想文化工作有新气象新作为的内在动力。
