不同场景下侵入限界绝缘处信号机的联锁处理分析

摘要 在联锁逻辑关系处理中,必须充分考虑并重点检查设置在侵入限界绝缘处的信号机与相关进路的敌对情况,防止危及行车安全。对几种常见的侵入限界绝缘设置进行总结分类,根据不同侵入限界绝缘节设置的信号机,以及相关信号机的防护进路方向、相关区段的侵限关系、侵入限界绝缘节的相对位置等场景,分析侵入限界区段、敌对信号等联锁条件,讨论不同场景下相关进路间同时行车是否会发生列车或车列侧面冲突,对发生安全问题的进路必须相互照查,严禁同时开通。在今后的工程设计、计算机联锁软件编制及现场开通验收等各个环节,对侵入限界绝缘相邻区段的空闲条件、设置在侵入限界绝缘处信号机与相关进路的敌对关系等,均应充分考虑并验证,防止发生遗漏,危及行车安全。 The hostile situation between the signal and the relevant route set at insulated joint located within the clearance limit must be thoroughly considered and checked in the handling of interlocking logic relationship to prevent any potential risks to train operations.In this paper,several common insulation settings at insulated joint located within the clearance limit were summarized and classified.Based on setting signals for different insulated joints located within the clearance limit,the direction of protective routes for relevant signals,the intrusion relationship between relevant sections,and the relative positions of insulated joints located within the clearance limit,this paper analyzed interlocking conditions involving intrusion sections and hostile signals,discussed the possibility of side conflicts between trains or trainsets running simultaneously in related routes under different scenarios,and pointed out that routes with safety risks must be checked against each other,and their simultaneous operations must be avoided.In future engineering design,computer-based interlocking software development,and on-site opening acceptance processes,various aspects must be fully considered and verified to prevent any omissions that may compromise train safety,including the idle conditions of the adjacent section of the insulated joint located within the clearance limit and the hostile relationship between the signal and the relevant route set at the insulated joint located within the clearance limit.
