摘要
为提升仓储管理效率、推动制造业高质量发展,基于电子纸技术、射频技术、组网技术,设计一套可视化拣货、盘点管理系统,该系统通过后台服务器、工业交互平板和拣货标签之间高效联动,实现工单显示、声光导引、信息反馈等功能,具备低功耗、高性能的技术优势。系统应用效果表明,该部署实施一方面提升了仓储拣货、货物盘点等各项任务的工作效率、降低了生产成本,另一方面对于实现双碳目标具有积极意义。
In order to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,improvement of the efficiency of warehouse management is necessary.In this paper,a visual picking and inventory management system is designed based on e-Paper technology,radio frequency technology and networking technology.The system has the advantages of low power consumption and high performance.Through efficient linkage between backend servers,industrial interactive tablet devices and picking labels,functions such as work order display,sound and light guidance,and information feedback are realized.The implementation of system deployment can improve the efficiency of various tasks such as warehouse picking and goods inventory.Production costs can also be reduced.The promotion of the system has positive significance for achieving the dual carbon goals.
