基于WOS数据库的抑郁症脑电研究热点可视化图谱分析

摘要 目的探索总结近年来抑郁症脑电研究领域内热点及研究方向。方法本文纳入分析了Web of Science核心合集数据库的2012年至2022年关于抑郁症脑电研究的文献,利用CiteSpace软件对文献进行计量和可视化分析。对发文数量、国家、作者、研究机构、关键词、被引文献及期刊进行分析。结果共纳入文章2988篇,发文量最多的国家是美国,中国发文量第二;作者Daskalakis团队发文量最多;发文量最多的机构是加利福尼亚大学;研究的热点关键词为焦虑、功能连接、重度抑郁、经颅磁刺激、前额叶皮层及α波不对称性等;被引频次最高、影响力最高的期刊是Biological Psychiatry;被引频次最高的文献研究的是额叶α波的不对称性在抑郁症中作为诊断性标志物的可靠程度。结论本研究发现关于抑郁症脑电研究的文章呈现出逐年增加趋势,主要的研究大致可以总结为4个类型:研究抑郁患者大脑解剖区域、研究方法、疾病特点及疾病的治疗。预测未来几年在脑电研究方面,关于抑郁症疾病的病因、分类、脑网络连接等方面研究可能取得突破性进展。 Objective To explore and summarize the research hotspots and prospective directions of EEG research on depression in recent years.Methods The paper included and analyzed the literature of EEG research on depression from 2012 to 2022 in the core collection database of Web of Science.CiteSpace software was applied for bibliometric and visual analyses.Main outcome measured number of published articles,countries,authors,research institutions,keywords,cited literatures and journals.Results A total of 2988 articles were included.The country with the highest number of publications is the United States,followed by China.The Daskalakis author team published the most papers.The most prolific institution was the University of California.The research focuses on anxiety,functional connection,major depression,transcranial magnetic stimulation,prefrontal cortex and alpha wave asymmetry.The most cited and influential journal is Biological Psychiatry.The most frequently cited literature studied the reliability of frontal alpha-wave asymmetry as a diagnostic marker in depression.Conclusion This study found that the number of articles on EEG research of depression showed an increasing trend year by year,and the most study content can be roughly summarized into four types:the study of anatomical regions of the brain of depressed patients,research methods,disease characteristics and disease treatment.It is predicted that in the next few years in this domain,breakthrough progress may be made in the study of the etiology,classification and brain network connection of depression.
