摘要
校园欺凌中的旁观者现象暗藏着道德危机,这种现象使得校园道德生态环境动荡不安,学生难以建立正确的道德价值观。通过对旁观者现象进行道德审视,发现旁观者道德认知失调、道德情感冷漠、道德意志薄弱和道德行为消极。可通过增强社会良好道德风尚的塑造、加强校园道德生态的综合治理、得到来自家庭的协助与支持及推动旁观者由无为转向作为来破解这一校园道德困境,促使学生旁观者以积极主动的干预姿态出现在欺凌事件中。
The phenomenon of bystanders in campus bullying harbors a moral crisis,causing turmoil in the moral ecosystem of schools and hindering students from establishing the right moral values.Through a moral examination of the bystander phenomenon,it is found that bystanders exhibit moral cognitive dissonance,moral emotional indifference,moral willpower weakness,and negative moral behavior.This moral dilemma in schools can be addressed by enhancing the cultivation of a positive moral atmosphere in society,strengthening comprehensive governance of the school’s moral environment,receiving assistance and support from families,and encouraging bystanders to shift from passivity to actively intervening in bullying incidents.This transformation will empower student bystanders to take a proactive role in resolving the campus moral dilemma.
