摘要
社区街道是居民日常使用最频繁的公共空间类型,其步行友好性的提升对完善街道低碳交通功能和增强其社交属性具有重要意义。以福州市仓山区马厂社区为研究对象,运用线上线下相结合的调研方法探究街道空间环境的客观指标与步行者的主观感知,基于出行安全性、街道连通性、步行舒适性和空间场所感四个准则,结合马厂社区街道空间现状,进行社区街道空间步行友好性评价体系构建,并在街道各指标因子评分的基础上,开展街道空间步行友好性的精细化科学研究与分析,为老社区的空间优化乃至步行友好型城市营造提供决策参考。
Community streets are the most popularly used public area by locals,and increasing their pedestrian socia-bility is crucial for enhancing both their role as low-carbon transportation and their social qualities.The evaluation sys-tem of the pedestrian friendliness of the street space in the community was constructed based on the current state of the street space in the community of Machang,and based on the scores of each index factor of the street,a refined scientific research and analysis of the pedestrian friendli-ness of the street space was conducted.The evaluation system was based on the four criteria of travel safety,street connectivity,walking comfort,and spatial sense of place.A thorough scientific analysis of the pedestrian friendliness of street space is conducted based on the results of each index component,serving as a guide for the spatial optimi-zation of older neighborhoods and even the development of a pedestrian-friendly city.
