汽动热网循环水泵主轴断裂故障分析及处理

摘要 针对某厂热网循环水泵在运行期间多次发生主轴断裂事故,通过解体检查泵体,对泵轴断口形貌进行检查,并计算设计工况及不同运行工况点下泵轴剪切应力,分析剪切应力超限情况和泵轴断裂原因,并针对性地提出了优化泵轴结构,降低典型截面应力集中系数等风险控制措施。 In response to multiple spindle fracture accidents of the circulating water pump in a certain factory's heating network during operation,the pump body was disassembled and inspected to examine the fracture morphology of the pump shaft.And calculate the shear stress of the pump shaft under design conditions and different operating conditions,analyze the situation of shear stress exceeding the limit and the cause of pump shaft fracture.And targeted risk control measures such as optimizing the pump shaft structure and reducing the stress concentration coefficient of typical cleaning surfaces were proposed.
