底边职业群体是社会分层的重要组成部分,其生存状况是共同富裕下我们必须正视的现实问题。当前,关于底边职业群体的学术研究集中在生存境况、社会秩序、违抗行为等方面,表现出“社会转型”的研究视域、“深度在场”的研究者身份、“自成一格”的生存逻辑诉说、“女性抗争”的性别权利争夺等特征。然而,共同富裕背景下底边职业群体的稳岗就业面临新就业形态的渗透与冲击、疫情滞后性影响与国际经济形势恶化以及数字经济下的劳动技能不匹配等新挑战。因此,共同富裕背景下底边职业群体研究要直面底边职业群体的结构性怨恨,关注底边职业群体苦难的网络言说,加强底边职业群体的技能提升和稳就业研究,探究底边职业群体背后的结构性逻辑,拓展和释放底边职业群体研究的想象空间和学术生命力。

The bottom occupational group is an important part of social stratification,and their living conditions are realistic problems that we must face under the condition of common prosperity.At present,the academic research on the bottom professional groups focuses on the living conditions,social order,defiant behaviour and other aspects,which reflects the characteristics such as the research vision of“social transformation”,the researchers’identity of“deep presence”,the survival logic of“self-contained”,and the women’s gender rights struggle.However,under the background of common prosperity,the stable employment of the bottom occupational groups faces new challenges such as the penetration and impact of new employment forms,the lag effect of the epidemic,the deterioration of the international economic situation,and the mismatch of labor skills in the digital economy.Therefore,the research on the bottom occupational groups under common prosperity should face up to the structural resentment of the bottom occupational groups,pay attention to the speech of their suffering on the internet,strengthen the research on the skills improvement and stable employment,explore the structural logic behind the bottom occupational groups,expand and release the imagination space and academic vitality of the bottom occupational groups research.
