新型城镇化与区域经济耦合协调关系研究--以安徽省为例

Study on the Coupling and Coordination Relationship between New Urbanization and Regional Economy:Take Anhui Province as an Example

构建2010-2020年安徽省新型城镇化与区域经济的指标评价体系,运用熵值法测算出各指标在系统中所占的权重,得出新型城镇化与区域经济系统的综合评价指数,以此为基础,建立耦合协调度模型分析二者的耦合协调程度。结果表明:在2010-2020年间,安徽省的新型城镇化与区域经济发展水平在不断提升,耦合协调层次由轻度失调层次发展到优质协调层次,二者的耦合阶段由最初的拮抗时期进展到优度耦合时期。基于此提出,加强要素资源的整合,推动新型城镇化的高质量建设;实行区域联动发展,促进产业结构升级;统筹协调发展,构建新型城镇化与区域经济的良好互动机制。从而实现新型城镇化与区域经济间的良性耦合,促进我国经济的高质量发展。

The study constructs an indicator evaluation system for the new urbanization and regional economy in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020,uses the entropy method to calculate the weight of each indicator in the system,and obtains a comprehensive evaluation index for the new urbanization and regional economic system.Based on this,the study establishes a coupling coordination degree model to analyze the degree of coupling coordination between the two.The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the level of new urbanization and regional economic development in Anhui Province has been continuously improving,and the coupling coordination level has developed from a mild imbalance level to a high-quality coordination level.The coupling stage has progressed from the initial antagonistic period to the optimal coupling period.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the integration of factor resources and promote the high-quality construction of new urbanization,implement regional linkage development to promote industrial structure upgrading,coordinate development and build a good interactive mechanism between new urbanization and regional economy.Based on this,we should try to achieve a virtuous coupling between new urbanization and regional economy,and promote high-quality development of China's economy.
