摘要
重症肌无力(MG)是一种由抗乙酰胆碱受体(AChR)抗体介导、CD4阳性T淋巴(CD4^(+)T)细胞依赖的自身免疫病。微小RNA(miRNA)是一种内源性小分子单链非编码RNA,参与转录后调节,对CD4^(+)T细胞的分化和功能具有重要作用。目前研究发现MG患者体内存在多种miRNAs的改变,其可能通过调控CD4^(+)T细胞参与MG的发生、发展,并且miRNA可能是MG潜在的治疗靶点。本文就miRNA与MG的关系进行综述,以期对进一步研究MG的发病机制和临床诊治提供新的思路。
Myasthenia gravis(MG)is an autoimmune disease mediated by anti-acetylcholine receptor(AChR)antibodies and dependent on CD4 positive T lymphocytes(CD4^(+)T)cells.MicroRNA(miRNA)is an endogenous small single-stranded non-coding RNA that involved in post-transcriptional regulation and plays an important role in differentiation and function of CD4^(+)T cells.Increas-ing evidences have shown that changes of miRNAs happened in MG patients,which may participate in the occurrence and develop-ment of MG by regulating CD4^(+)T cells,and miRNA may be a potential therapeutic target for MG.In this paper,relationship between miRNA and MG was reviewed in order to provide new ideas for further research on the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treat-ment of MG.
