课题申报书问题分析

Analysis of problems in project application

课题申报是科研工作不可或缺的组成部分,课题立项是衡量高校和科研院所科研水平的一项重要参考指标。课题申报是对申报者科研素养、专业知识和研究基础的一次检阅。课题立项的前提是课题申报书的质量高,能入评审专家的法眼。课题申报失败的原因有多种,如重复选题,没有研究价值;文献综述没写好,国内国外不分;研究对象不明,研究内容太少;研究思路不清,研究方法不当;缺乏相关的前期研究成果;参考文献缺乏权威性和代表性;课题组成员结构不合理,等等。本文就笔者在课题评审或修改课题申报书中发现的问题进行归纳总结,以期对课题申报者有所启发。

Project application is an inseparable part of scientific research.The number of approved project is an important index for evaluating scientific research in colleges and universities and institutes of scientific research.Project application examines project applicants’scientific qualities,professional knowledge and research basis.The precondition of project approval lies in the high quality of project of application which catches the eyes of specialists.There are many factors for failure of project application,such as selection of repeated subjects,valueless research,bad review of literature,unclear research objects and few research contents,unclear research ideas,improper research methods,lack of previous research achievements,lack of authoritative and representative references,unreasonable structure of project members,etc.This paper generalizes and analyses the problems in project applications for the sake of enlightenment for applicants.
