摘要
为了检测土壤中苯胺的不确定度,文章采用气相色谱-质谱检测法进行了分析,同时对该检测方法的检测依据、原理进行了简要介绍,并对检测模型的建立进行了系统的分析。实验结果表明,苯胺的测量结果为0.64 mg/kg,测扩展不确定度为0.52 mg/kg(k=2)。同时,研究发现,气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中苯胺不确定度的主要影响因素为回收率引入的不确定度、内标法引入的不确定度、仪器测量重复性引入的不确定度、浓缩定容过程中引入的不确定度。在日常工作中样品称量过程中引入的不确定度几乎可以忽略不计。
In order to detect the uncertainty of aniline in soil,the article analyzed it using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method.At the same time,the detection basis and principle of this detection method were briefly introduced,and the establishment of the detection model was systematically analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the measurement result of aniline is 0.64 mg/kg,with an expanded uncertainty of 0.52 mg/kg(k=2).Meanwhile,research has found that the main influencing factors of uncertainty in the determination of aniline in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are uncertainty introduced by recovery rate,uncertainty introduced by internal standard method,uncertainty introduced by instrument measurement repeatability,and uncertainty introduced during concentration and volumetric process.The uncertainty introduced during the sample weighing process in daily work can be almost negligible.
